Organize PDF is a complete page sorter. Load one or more PDFs, then rearrange the pages freely: the new document is built only when you save, with pages copied at full quality and your rotations applied.

## How it works

1. Drop a PDF. Add other PDFs or blank pages if you need them.
2. Drag thumbnails into order; use the buttons on each page to rotate, duplicate or delete it.
3. Select Save PDF and download the reorganized document.

## When to use it

## Quality and limitations

- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
- Thousands of pages work but take longer to show as thumbnails.
- Bookmarks of the original file are not kept.

## Common issues

- **Dragging doesn't work on my phone.** Press and hold a page for a moment, then drag it. You can also use the arrow buttons under each page.
- **A page appears upside down after saving.** Rotation buttons turn a page by 90° at a time; press twice for 180°, then save again.

## Private by design

This tool runs entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Your file is read and processed on your device and is never uploaded to a server. Closing the tab discards everything.
