The tool reads the fillable fields of the PDF (text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-down lists) and shows them with their labels, grouped by page. Save the result as an editable form or flattened so it can't be changed.
How it works
- Drop the PDF form.
- Fill the fields in the list.
- Choose whether to flatten, select Save filled PDF and download it.
Supported files
Input: a PDF with fillable fields (AcroForm). Output: one PDF.
Up to 400 MB per PDF on a computer, 150 MB on iPhone and iPad. Larger files depend on your device's memory.
When to use it
- Complete an administrative form without printing it.
- Fill a registration or rental application on your phone.
- Prepare a form, then sign it with Sign PDF.
Quality and limitations
- Only fillable fields work. A scanned or flat form has no fields: use Sign PDF to add text and signatures on top.
- XFA forms (some government forms) can't be filled in a browser.
Common issues
- “This PDF has no fillable form fields.”
- The form is flat. Print it, or use Sign PDF to place your signature and the date.
- Some characters don't show in the fields.
- Text in scripts the standard PDF font can't draw is saved for the reader app to display; check the result in your PDF reader.
Private by design
This tool runs entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Your file is read and processed on your device and is never uploaded to a server. Closing the tab discards everything.

Is my data uploaded?
