Organize PDF is a complete page sorter. Load one or more PDFs, then rearrange the pages freely: the new document is built only when you save, with pages copied at full quality and your rotations applied.
How it works
- Drop a PDF. Add other PDFs or blank pages if you need them.
- Drag thumbnails into order; use the buttons on each page to rotate, duplicate or delete it.
- Select Save PDF and download the reorganized document.
Supported files
Input: one or more PDFs. Output: one PDF.
Up to 400 MB per PDF on a computer, 150 MB on iPhone and iPad. Larger files depend on your device's memory.
When to use it
- Put scanned pages back in the right order.
- Insert a signed page from another PDF in the middle of a contract.
- Remove blank pages and turn sideways pages upright in one go.
Quality and limitations
- Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.
- Thousands of pages work but take longer to show as thumbnails.
- Bookmarks of the original file are not kept.
Common issues
- Dragging doesn't work on my phone.
- Press and hold a page for a moment, then drag it. You can also use the arrow buttons under each page.
- A page appears upside down after saving.
- Rotation buttons turn a page by 90° at a time; press twice for 180°, then save again.
Private by design
This tool runs entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Your file is read and processed on your device and is never uploaded to a server. Closing the tab discards everything.
